After decades of leading Procurement teams in the Utility and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction businesses, I wanted a new challenge. I grew up an Army Brat and over the years I utilized our family's home interior and florist business to stage dozens of homes in order to realize the full potential of the sale. Additionally, my husband and I have built and/or renovated multiple homes in the area. Real Estate and Construction is in my blood. I see possibilities that others don't, and I love helping Clients find their dream homes in and around Charleston. I hold a BS in Textiles from Clemson University and an MBA from USC. I was also lucky enough to study Negotiations/Contracts in the Executive Mgmt. training program at Harvard University as well as complete Executive Leadership training at the Center for Leadership. Finally, I have also homeschooled my youngest after 5 major surgeries. My background and experience allows me to not only understand the build process but also facilitate the sales experience.
